Refund policy

What is your refund policy? We always hope your tubers or cuttings will flourish and be beautiful in your garden. All tubers will have been inspected to ensure they have at least one visible eye before shipping, and cuttings carefully packed immediately before shipping. However, if you order arrives 

Inspection Period: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order (such as a tuber that appears non-viable or damage in transit), you must contact us by replying to your order confirmation email, or sending me an email at gardenjuns@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt.

  • Documentation: Your email must include clear photos of the tuber/cutting in question and any damage or visible issues. 

Our Guarantee: If a tuber arrives non-viable, we will issue a store credit or refund for the cost of that tuber.

Exclusions: Please understand that once the tuber is in your hands, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Rot due to weather or soil conditions (too wet/too cold).

  • Pest damage (slugs, rodents, insects).

  • Negligence or poor growing practices.

  • Dahlias failing to thrive due to local climate issues.

We provide healthy stock to give you the best start, but nature is ultimately in charge once they are planted!
